CGH is the major provider of health and residential aged care services in the Wellington Shire. Our sub-regional health service provides primary, secondary and tertiary services that include the Sale Hospital. As well as the smaller Maffra and Heyfield Hospitals plus 4 residential aged care facilities.
The Sale Hospital provides acute care as part of an integrated service delivery model across Wellington Shire and beyond. The service provides beds across three campuses (Sale, Maffra and Heyfield). The Sale Hospital has a full-time emergency department, critical care unit, neonatal special care nursery, four operating theatres, day procedure unit, oncology and dialysis services in addition to general medical and services and sub-acute services including rehabilitation
About the Role
This Senior Leadership role is an extremely dynamic and interesting role that is vital to the smooth running of the Health Service. Key functions are;
Managing and predicting patient flow throughout the organisation
Ensuring the safe operations of the Sale Hospital
Enabling high quality clinical care and emergency responses
Supporting clinical areas in terms of staffing resources and clinical need
This is a great role for an experienced Registered Nurse who is;
